Firming Up The Details & Timeline
This is the beginning of the process, but a very important one. It is where we first get to know each other and build a connection. As soon as you reach out I will be able to send over my package details specific to your needs. Then if distance allows I love to set up a coffee meeting. One because I love coffee and two, meeting in person really helps to connect and understand your unique personality. I can also answer all of your questions and once we all feel good we can get the agreement signed, collect the deposit and begin bringing your vision to life!
All the planning has been completed and now it is all about you fully taking in this special day. You will have nothing to worry about, and fully enjoy the moment with your husband! I will be there every step of the day making sure everything you want captured is, along with some special moments you didn’t expect.
Following your wedding it can feel a little like a whirlwind with one thing leading to the next. Especially if you are going on your honeymoon right after! I make sure to let you decompress and really enjoy what just happened and the new chapter of life. What you will see from me a few days after is a sneak peak email! We will share a few special shots from your wedding to help you keep the post wedding feelings going. Then approximately 6-10 weeks after the wedding you will be getting access to your gallery. This is where you will be able to select your photos, create albums or other keepsakes. It is also an easy way to share your photos with your friends and family. The galleries I provide make the experience very easy from being able to print photos straight from the gallery or have them delivered right to your house! Of course I can assist you with selecting the right images if needed.
If this was included in your package (can always be added as well!) then after the initial meeting we will set up the location and time for your engagement shoot. Don’t worry if you are not sure where to go. One of the perks of working with me is I have been pretty much everywhere, so I can provide valuable guidance to make sure we pick the ideal location for the style you want. The engagement shoot is also a great way for us to really get comfortable with each other so come the wedding day we are all on the same page.
About a month or two out from the wedding we will be setting up another meeting to make sure we have all the details ironed out, and we have our shot list set up. You will have so much going on the day of your wedding day and I want to make sure you can fully enjoy it. That is why it is important to have the timeline created beforehand so nothing is left to chance and we make sure you are a part of everything you want to be present for during your wedding. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing I have everything under control when it comes to capturing the right moments and special people in your life.
